Cecilia is the major shareholder as well as the licensee of Recruit International Consultants Pte Ltd. She oversees the business development and marketing of the programs for Recruit International with employers and schools all over the world.

She has been in the Hospitality Industry since the age of 16 years old and has worked her way up from a rank & file position to a Manager before switching to the Financial Industry. After leaving the Hospitality Industry, she has proven her capabilities as a Financial Advisor by being constantly on the top 20% of her company.

Her passion is to constantly upgrade and develop the people around her. Being trained in the United States as a MBTI™ practitioner, her understanding of the 16 personality types enable her to understand her client’s needs and matched the right candidates for her clients.

Over the last three years, Cecilia has successfully completed her Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with Southern Cross University, Australia and her Masters in Business Administration with the Victoria University, Australia. Cecilia believes in education being the key to a person’s success as “SUCCESS IS ALWAYS BY CHOICE NOT BY CHANCE”.




With more than 30 years of Food & Beverage Operation & Management skills, Rickie has all the pre-requisites of to be a mentor to all our foreign trainees and candidates that are being deployed everyday to our prestige clients.

Rickie join RICS as a Regional Business Development Manager and has upheld the task to recruit, train and develop people with the RIGHT attitude. Rickie’s global network and experience over the years has won him the trust by people from the People’s Republic of China. Our partner agencies both in India & China have developed long term relationships with Rickie through his past working experience in Shakey’s Pizza and Pizza Hut.

Rickie was involved in Business Development & Franchising previously in Shakey’s Pizza. His main duties are establishing venture partners overseas and assist franchisees on the set up of their business operations. Being a global trekker, Rickie has met people from all walks of life to fully understand their needs and requirements. Rickie’s experience in running restaurants before has acquired him the skills to provide hospitable services to his clients and he is always quick to attend their needs and meet the required datelines set by our clients. Having a great passion for producing quality people to the Tourism / Service industries, Rickie was highly motivated to embark on a career change.
