Our agency license with MOM was obtained in 2004 as there was a need to address the shortage of foreign talents in Singapore. About the CEO
CECILIA NEO, fully owns the company and oversees the day to day operation of the business development and marketing of the company's services to clients. With the leadership of Cecilia, she ensures business activities are carried out to the client's needs. She works closely with her team and empowers her team on the daily operations. Cecilia comes from a humble background and started working since the age of 16. She has worked her way up from a rank & file position to a Manager in the F & B industry. With her perseverance to progress her career, she embarks on a total career change and became an Insurance Financial Advisor. Cecilia is a self-motivated person who constantly keeps her sales performance at the top 20% of the company.
Cecilia believes in upgrading and developing one's education, thus she pursues her passion through knowledge. Cecilia has successfully completed her Masters in Business Administration with Victoria University, Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with Southern Cross University, Myer Briggs Type Indicator with CPP from California USA, Diploma in Information Technology with Edith Cowan University and is pursuing her ACTA certification as a trainer and assessor.
