The Company

Our client is one of the leading real estate firms in Singapore. They are currently looking for an Office Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

Supporting the MD, you will be tasked with both secretarial and office administrative duties. You will be responsible for managing the MD's calendar, hotel and travel bookings. You will also be in charge of answering calls, booking meeting rooms, procurement of office supplies and stationery, organising staff activities, liaising with office building management, as well as checking expense claims.

Your Profile

The successful incumbent should have a LCCI or Diploma in Secretarial Studies. She should have fluent communication skills and have experience in the relevant capacity. Prior front line/customer service experience would be advantageous.
